Yeah, this method of marketing domains has been discussed a few times recently by some of the bloggers in the domain community.
One such post that I remember was by Jason over at DNPimping.com

I would go so far as to say that this person/these people target domainers and blof owners specifically.

Although the domain names themselves are not too bad, I don&#039;t think it&#039;s particularly creative and I think the asking prices are nonsensical. This is just my humble opinion however.</description>
