And even for those that do, putting up a site quick enough is not an easy task. I tried it once with a meme, even was able to pick up the main domain. I tried getting a site up in less than 24 hours and quickly found my weakness: my limited knowledge in site building. Next time I may just pay someone to do it, but that could cause problems as well if the meme never pans out. The meme I chose ended up morphing into the Fail meme anyways. So now it's a sub-meme of Fail. But I believe 100% that if i got a site up in 24 hours and advertised it, it could've done relatively well. @belshass
