Future Domain Trend?

Frankie
Frankie

What will tomorrow’s domain trend be? I remember three weeks after I bought my first domain, Forsalebyowner.com sold for 750K. That to me was the best domain sale ever at the time. Firstly because the owner owned this domain for less than 3 months or so prior to the sale. I kept asking myself, would I have registered this name? The answer at the time was “No” because I would have considered it too long, that was grossly against the trend then and it is still against the trend now.

I can go on and on and how .nets was generally ignored. It was almost always .com or nothing. But again the .nets has grown to be competent members of any portfolio.

Ask yourself, what are you passing on now?

Are you shunning the .us ?

What if a new search engine becomes popular because It brings search back to home and favors .us over any other extension when a search is from the USA ?.

It pays to sit back and ponder.

(.US makes  up about 3% of my portfolio)
